AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF
MASTER STREET PLAN RIGHT -OF -WAY
DEDICATION FOR 17201 LAWSON ROAD
(Z- 6719).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a deferral
of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little
Rock for 17201 Lawson Road, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 30 -276 requiring right -of -way dedication in
accordance with Master Street Plan be deferred. Specific deferral is for
Lawson Road right -of -way dedication to 55 feet from centerline, Sullivan
Road right -of -way dedication of 45 feet, and 20 feet radial dedication at
corner of Lawson and Sullivan Roads for 5- years.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
