HomeMy WebLinkAbout18309C, ORDINANCE NO. 18,309 e t1U- AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF MASTER STREET PLAN STREET IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTION FOR WESTWOOD INDUSTRIAL PARK SUBDIVISION (S- 1285), LOCATED AT EAST SIDE OF SHACKLEFORD ROAD AT CLEARWATER DRIVE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a deferral of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little Rock for Westwood Industrial Park Subdivision, as follows: Subsection a. That Section 31 -282 requiring abutting street to be constructed in accordance with Master Street Plan be deferred. Specific deferral is for street improvements construction on Shackleford Road for 5 years, adjacent development or development of either of lots 1, 2, 10, 11 or 12, whichever occurs first. SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
