AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF
ALL SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR
ST. THERESA'S CATHOLIC CHURCH /CAPTAIN D'S
AT 6205 BASELINE ROAD AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be
amended to provide for a waiver of all requirements within the
Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for St.
Theresa's Catholic Church and Captain D's Restaurant (S.H.N.
Properties, LLC) located at 6205 Baseline Road, lying within the
NE 4, NE 14 Section 1, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, more particularly described
as:
Start at a point which is the NE corner of the NE 4,
Section 1, T -1 -S, R -13 -W; thence South to a point on
the south right -of -way line of Baseline Road; thence
run N88 005151" West along the said right -of -way line
670.79 feet to the point of beginning. Thence run
S02 °27133" West 193.58 feet to a point; thence
S02 029101" West 400.15 feet to a point which is the
SE corner of the East 't, East %a, NW 14, NE 14, NE 14
Section 1, T -1 -S, R -13 -W; thence N87 052137" West for
a distance of 167.31± feet; thence NO2 °07144" East
593.7 feet to a point on the South right -of -way line
of Baseline Road; thence S87 055127" East 167.6± feet
to the point of beginning.
Subsection a. That Chapter 31., be amended to provide that
the parcels of land at the described location be henceforth
recognized as lots of record for purposes of future land sale or
development.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
days from and after its passage.
