HomeMy WebLinkAbout182720 0 ORDINANCE NO. 18,272 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED ZONING DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED COMMERCIAL DISTRICT TITLED ATKINS ROAD PARTNERSHIP - SHORT-FORM PCD (Z- 3292 -D) LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF WEST MARKHAM STREET AND ATKINS ROAD IN THE q CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING �- CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF J THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. 0° BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following _71 described property be changed from 0-3 to PCD. Part of Lots 16 and 17, Hillvale Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, part of Lorena Avenue and part of Malekin Street, more particularly described as: Beginning at the SE corner of said Lot 17, Hillvale Addition; thence South along the East line of said Lot 17 extended 20' to the centerline of Lorena Avenue; thence N89 054159" West along the centerline of Lorena Avenue 284.701; thence North 20.0' to a point on the North right -of -way line of Lorena Avenue; thence N89 054'59" West along the North right -of -way line of Lorena Avenue 80.91; thence North 178.741; thence S89 054159" East 48.421; thence North 192.09' to a point in the centerline of Malekin Street; thence S89 054159" along the centerline of Malekin Street 99.201; thence North 352.85' to a point on the North line of said Lot 16, Hillvale Addition; thence S89 054159" East along the North line of said Lot 16 219.8' to the NE corner thereof; thence South along the East line of Lots 16 and 17 and the West right -of -way line of Atkins Road 708.20' to the SE corner of said Lot 17 and the Point of Beginning, containing 4.88 acres, more or less. SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning Commission. 5'3 � 0 • SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Atkins Road Partnership (Short -Form PCD) is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 454(d) of the Code of Ordinances. SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force upon final approval of the plan.
