AN ORDINANCE REVOKING ORDINANCE NO. 16,842 AND
ORDINANCE NO. 16,991 AND ESTABLISHING A
REVISED PLANNED DISTRICT - COMMERCIAL TITLED
EMBASSY SUITES - REVISED PD -C (Z- 5887 -B)
LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF
CHENAL /FINANCIAL CENTER PARKWAY AND EMBASSY
DRIVE IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
described property be changed from PD -C to Revised PD -C.
Tracts 38, 43, 44, 53 and 54, West Highland Subdivision,
an addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. That the revised site development plan /plat be
approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Embassy Suites - Revised PD -C is conditioned upon
obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by
Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 454(d) of the Code of
Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and designated
district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for
in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION S. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and be in
full force upon final approval of the plan.
