ORDINANCE NO. 18,270
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING MODIFICATION TO A
PLANNED ZONING DISTRICT AND PROVIDING FOR
THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A PLANNED ZONING
DEVELOPMENT TITLED CRESTWOOD CORPORATE
CENTER - REVISED POD (Z- 4403-F), LOCATED
ON THE WEST SIDE OF ALDERSGATE ROAD,
APPROXIMATELY 1,300 FEET SOUTH OF KANIS
ROAD, IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 17,999
AND CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.

SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 17,999 passed on April 20,
1999, be amended to provide for modification of the Planned
Zoning Development described as Crestwood Corporate Center -
Revised POD (Z- 4403 -F);
SECTION 2. That the zone classification of the following
described property be changed from POD to Revised POD:
Part of the SW ;4, NW 4 of Section 10, T -1 -N, R -13-
W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as:
Beginning at the NE corner of the SW 14 NW 4 of
Section 10; thence S02 045142 11W along the East line
of said SW 4 NW 4 1,287.07 feet to the SE corner
thereof; thence N88 004108 11W along the South line
of said SW ;i, NW k 761.44' to a point on the
Easterly right -of -way line of U.S. Interstate 430;
thence in a Northeasterly direction along the
Easterly right -of -way line of said highway the
following courses: N21 °50142" East 286.37 feet;
N46 041152" East 301.28 feet; N27 °18122" East
547.03 feet; N14 055132" East 314.80 feet to a
point on the North line of said SW 14 NW 4; thence
N89 002118" East along the North line of said SW ;4
NW k 165.20 feet to the NE corner thereof and the
Point of Beginning, containing 12.50 acres, more
or less.

SECTION 3. That the revised site development plan be
approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning
Commission.
SECTION 4. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Crestwood Corporate Center - Revised POD is
conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the
time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 454(d)
of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects.necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 6. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force upon final approval of the plan.
