AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF BOUNDARY
STREET IMPROVEMENTS FOR GREATER CENTER STAR
BAPTIST CHURCH (Z- 4420- B)LOCATED AT 800 WEST
33RD STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for waiver of
certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little
Rock for Greater Center Star Baptist Church located at 800 West 33`d Street as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -201, requiring developers to provide one -half of the
required commercial street improvements and right -of -way dedication for Short 32 "d
Izard and Riffel Streets be waived. Specific waiver is for pavement widening to 18 feet
from centerline and 5 feet of additional right -of -way from centerline. Sidewalk
construction will be required.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
