ORDINANCE NO. 18,258
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR ASHHER AVENUE
RIGHT-OF -WAY AND CITY MATCH FOR VARIOUS
TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS.
WHEREAS, These projects were selected by citizens as a 1998 Capital
Improvement Bond Project, 1998 Revenue Bond, Transportation Improvement Projects and
Enhancement Projects.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The City Manager is hereby authorized to transfer and appropriate
$3,076,000 from account 303 - 220-0382 and 1998 Revenue Bond for Asher Avenue right -of-
way and City match on various Transportation Improvement Projects per Attachment 1.
SECTION 2: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
