AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -6815 - Described as a part of the North 't of
the SE ;1, Section 34, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, and being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the SE corner of the NW 4, SE 4,
Section 34; N88 039116 11W, 445.0 feet, along the
South line of NW '-s, SE 'a, Section 34; thence
NO1 016158 11E, 654.45 feet; thence S88 054'26 "E,
445.0 feet; thence S89 005119 "E, 666.32 feet;
thence S38 °00'42 "E, 670.18 feet; thence
S46 043152 11E, 153.3 feet; thence S34 027145 11W, 30.2
feet; thence N89 °23'54 "W, 1,188.05 feet; along
the South line of the NE '., SE 14, Section 34, to
the point of beginning and containing 20.72 acres
more or less: From "R -2" Single Family to 11I -2"
Light Industrial District. (8806 Mabelvale Pike)
LESS and EXCEPT the following two described areas
within the above described tract which are hereby
zoned "OS" Open Space District:
A 50 foot by 180 foot area located at the SW
corner of the above described tract extending 50
feet from North to South and 180 feet East to
West; AND
A 50 foot by 200 foot area located at the SE
corner of the above described tract extending
parallel to and South of a 60 foot road easement,
the centerline being described as follows:

Commencing at the WE corner of said NW 'tee, SE 4,
Section 34; thence N88 °53138 "W, 445.0 feet along
the North line of said NW 4 SE ;t; thence
SO1 016158 "W, 656.30 feet for the point of
beginning of the centerline of this 60.0 foot
wide road easement; thence S88 054126 11E, 445.0
feet; thence S89 °05119 11E, 666.32 feet; thence
S38 000142 11E, 670.18 feet; thence S46 043152 11E,
153.29 feet to a point on the Westerly right -of-
way of Mabelvale Pike and the end of this Road
Easement.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
