ORDINANCE NO. 18,253
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -6797 - Described as a part of the NW 'mot NW k,
Section 17, and part of the SW 14 SW 'a, Section 8,
T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
described as follows:
Beginning at the NW corner of the NW ;4 NW 'a,
Section 17 (also the SW corner of Section 8);
thence N890201E along the North line of Section
17, 371.65 feet; thence N490081E, 373.7 feet;
thence S00 °271W. 241.3 feet to a point on the
North line of Section 17; thence N890201E along
said North line of Section 17; 44.54 feet to a
point on the Northerly right -of -way line of
Missouri - Pacific Railroad; thence S43 °221W along
said Northerly right -of -way 1,057.1 feet to a
point on the West line of Section 17; thence
NO1 °57 11E along said West line of Section 17,
760.3 feet to the point of beginning, containing
6.9 acres more or less.

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
