ORDINANCE NO. 18,251
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -6811 - Described as part of the East 1/3 of the
NW 14, Section 14, T -2 -N, R -14 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas more particularly described as:
Starting at the NE corner of said NW 4; thence
West along the North line of said NW 14, 50.15
feet; thence South along the West right -of -way
line of Patrick Country Road, 1,270.34 feet to
the point of beginning; thence S03 011135 11W and
continuing along said West right -of -way line,
966.63 feet; thence N86 051118 11W, 388.62 feet;
thence NO2 051117 11E, 127.53 feet; thence
NO3 008147 11E, 839.29 feet; thence S86 049'40 "E,
390.06 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing
8.6468 acres more or less: From "R -2" Single
Family to 110-3" General Office District.

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
