AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -6804 - Described as part of the NE 14 of Section
13, T -2 -N, R -14 -W, and part of the SE ;a of
Section 12, T -2 -N, R -14 -W, all in Pulaski County,
Arkansas, described as follows:
Commence at the NE corner of said Section 13;

Section 13, 275 feet to the centerline of Little
Maumelle River and Point of Beginning; thence
along the centerline of Little Maumelle River,

Forestry District. (Located in the 6800 -6900
Block of Pinnacle Valley Road)
LESS and EXCEPT the following described tracts:
parcels of land within the above described areas
identified as floodway areas within the flood
hazard boundary. Flood hazard boundary
identified, for purpose of the above land
description, on flood insurance rate map for
Pulaski County, Arkansas Community Panel Number
050179 0254, 050179 0262B, 050179 0254D and
050179 0254C, dated August 5, 1991: which are
hereby zoned "OS" Open Space District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the

extent and in the respects necessary to affect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
