ORDINANCE NO. 18,209
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED ZONING
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED
COMMERCIAL DISTRICT TITLED WILLIFORD -
LONG -FORM PCD (Z -6783) LOCATED AT
15723 KANIS ROAD IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
described property be changed from R -2 to PCD.
Part of the SW '4 of the NW 14 of Section 6, T -1 -N,
R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the SW corner of the SW 4 of the NW 14
of said Section 6; thence East 506 feet; thence
North 400 feet to the point of beginning; thence
N00 000107" West 296.51 feet; thence S89 002128" West
123.09 feet; thence N00 °36101" West 552.75 feet to
the center of West 12`x' Street Pike; thence in a
Southeasterly direction along the center of said
West 12D° Street Pike the following courses:
S51 044104" East 319.28 feet, S58 026152" East 100.00
feet, S67 °41'24" East 99.99 feet, S74 °55147" East
100.00 feet, S75 019156" East 19.15 feet; S75 019156"
East 69.80 feet; thence departing the center of
said West 1241 Street Pike; South 505.25 feet;
thence S89 °17123" West 479.99 feet to the Point of
Beginning containing 8.026 acres, more or less.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Williford (Long -Form PCD) is conditioned upon
obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by
Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 454(d) of the Code of
Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force upon final approval of the plan.
