AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -6798 - Described as part of Tract 3 of the Montclair
Subdivision of the South ',� of the SW 144 and the South 30.00
feet of the North 't of the SW k of Section 4, T -1 -N, R -13-
W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as
follows: Beginning at a point on the East line of Tract 3
and 102.00 feet South of the NE corner thereof run South
110.00 feet along the said East line; thence run West
220.00 feet parallel to the North line of said Tract 3 to a
point on the West line of said Tract 3; thence run North
110.00 feet along the West line of said Tract 3 to a point
102.00 feet South of the NW corner of Tract 3; thence run
East parallel to the North line of said Tract 3 a distance
of 220.00 feet to the point of beginning, containing
(24189.3219 sq. ft.) 0.5553 acres more or less: From
"R -2" Single Family to 110-3" General Office District.

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
