AN ORDINANCE APPROVING MODIFICATION TO
A PLANNED ZONING DISTRICT AND PROVIDING
FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A PLANNED ZONING
DEVELOPMENT TITLED RUSH ENGINE - REVISED
SHORT -FORM PCD AND PRELIMINARY PLAT
(Z- 4452 -B), LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST
CORNER OF ASHER AVENUE AND ELM STREET, IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 14,925 AND CHAPTER
36 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 14,925 passed on August 6,
1985, be amended to provide for modification of the Planned
Zoning Development described as Rush Engine - Revised Short -
Form PCD and Preliminary Plat (Z- 4452 -B);
SECTION 2. That the zone classification of the following
described property be changed from PCD to Revised PCD:
Commence at the intersection of the North right -of-
way line of Asher Avenue and the East line of the
NW 4, NW 'y, Section 17, T -1 -N, R -12 -W; thence
S62 022'41 11W 22.32 feet to the Point of Beginning;
thence S62 °22'41 "W 173.80 feet; thence N89 015'10 "W
11.89 feet; thence N00 026152 "W 9.21 feet; thence
N89 036138 11W 154.33 feet; thence N00 °11121 "E 279.45
feet; thence N08 °34148 "E 20.34 feet; thence
N00 003'39 "E 191.50 feet; thence S89 023'29 "E 299.97
feet; thence South 191.97 feet; thence SO1 033'53 11E
230.98 feet to the Point of Beginning and
containing 3.336 acres, more or less.
SECTION 3. That the revised site development plan be
approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning
Commission.
SECTION 4. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Rush Engine - Revised Short -Form PCD and
Preliminary Plat is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan
approval within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII,
Section 36- 454(d) of the Code of Ordinances.

SECTION 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 6. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force upon final approval of the plan.
