8 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE

bo Section 1. Section 3(B) of LRO 17,927 -X is hereby deleted in its entirety, leaving Section

t4 11 3(A) intact.
12 Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, subtitle, section, subsection, subdivision,
13 paragraph, subparagraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared to
14 adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the
15 remaining portions of this ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so
16 declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of this ordinance.
17 Section 3. Repealer. All ordinances, resolutions, laws or policies, or parts of any such
i8 material, in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repeated to the extent of such
19 inconsistency.
