AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
2 -6706 - Described as part of the HE 4, SE 14 of
Section 10, T -1 -N, R -14 -W Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as:
Commencing at the NE corner of the NE 4 SE 4 of
Section 10; thence West along the North line of said
NE 14 SE 14 259.00 feet to the Point of Beginning;
thence S49 °25128" West 626.76 feet to a point in the
centerline of Colonel Glenn Road; thence N39 °03102"
West along the centerline of Colonel Glenn Road 386.32
feet to the intersection of Colonel Glenn Road and
Burlingame Road; thence N00 020147" East along the
centerline of Burlingame Road 106.37 feet to a point
on the North line of the NE 14 SE 14; thence East along
the North line of said NE 14 SE k 719.50 feet to the
Point of Beginning, containing 3.65 acres, more or
less: From "R -2" Single Family to "C -1" Neighborhood
Commercial District. (19112 Colonel Glenn Road)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
