AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -6749 - Described as a parcel of land in the NW 14 SE
14, Section 26, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as: Beginning
at the SW corner of said NW 4 SE 4, said point being
also the NW corner of Tract A, Andover Square, an
addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas; thence
NO1 051131 11E along the west line of said NW 19 SE 4,
194.53 feet to the SW corner of land occupied by
"Pavilion in the Park "; thence S88 022110 11E along the
South line of said land, 398.05 feet to the west
right -of -way line of Andover Court; thence S10 043'39"
West along said West right -of -way line, 37.25 feet;
thence S79 °16121" East and continuing along said West
right -of -way line 5.00 feet; thence S10 043139" West
and continuing along said West right -of -way line,
56.84 feet; thence Southeasterly and continuing along
said West right -of -way line, being the arc of a 109.26
foot radius curve to the left, a chord bearing and
distance of S14 °30143" East, 93.21 feet; thence
S46 043156" West, 24.46 feet to a point on the North
line of Tract A, Andover Square; thence N87 030'31"
West along said North line, 397.50 feet to the Point
of Beginning, containing 78,025 square feet or 1.79
acres more or less: From 'IMF-181, Multifamily to

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

in full force from and after its passage and approval.
