AN ORDINANCE TO DECLARE THAT CHAPTER 30
OF THE LITTLE ROCK, ARK. , REVISED CODE
(1988) DOES NOT INCLUDE THE RIGHT TO
REQUIRE CONTRIBUTION FOR TRAFFIC SIGNALS
AS A PART OF THE BOUNDARY STREET
IMPROVEMENT ORDINANCE; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The Board of Directors declares that Chapter 30 of the Little Rock,
Ark., Revised Code of Ordinances concerning boundary street improvements,
particularly as it applies to the Westview Medical Addition, does not include the right
to demand an in -lieu contribution from the developer towards the cost of future traffic
signals.
