AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF
MASTER STREET PLAN RIGHT -OF -WAY
REQUIREMENTS AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS FOR
LANDS PCD, LOCATED AT 17,201 COLONEL GLENN
ROAD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a deferral
of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little
Rock for Lands PCD, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -282 requiring right -of -way dedication per Master Street
Plan be deferred. Specific deferral is for right -of -way dedication where existing gas
pumps are located until Phase II construction.
Subsection b. That Section 31 -282 requiring boundary street to be constructed in
accordance with Master Street Plan be deferred. Specific deferral is for principal
arterial street improvements including sidewalk for Colonel Glenn Road for 5 years,
Phase II, or adjacent development, whichever occurs first.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
