AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF RIGHT -
OF -WAY DEDICATION FOR LOT 12 BLOCK 220
ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE ROCK LOCATED AT
SOUTHWEST CORNER OF WEST 14T" AND GAINES
STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a waiver
of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little
Rock, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -201, requiring right -of -way dedication to Master Street
Plan standards, be deferred. Specific deferral is for Lot 12 Block 220 Original City of
Little Rock located at southwest corner of Gaines and West 14`x' Streets until such time
as property is redeveloped and existing bulding is removed.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
