AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY aa
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, 537
ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
2 -6703 - Described as all that part of the East 624
feet, more or less, of the West 664 feet, more or
less, of the South half of the NE 'I of the NE '. of
Section 16, T -1 -N, R -11 -W, which lies North of East
Port Drive, less and except that part platted as Lot
1, East Port Commercial Park, all in Pulaski County,
Arkansas: From "I-2" Light Industrial to "C -3"
General Commercial District:
Less and except the North 50 feet of the above
described property which is hereby zoned "OS" Open
Space District. (8501 Fourche Dam Pike)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
