ORDINANCE NO. 18,088
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, �*
ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE 5 j V
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 6474 -B - Described as the West 2/3 of Lots li and
12, EXCEPT the West 5.0 feet thereof, now in use as
right -of -way for Longcoy Street and EXCEPT the South
5.0 feet of the West 2/3 of Lot 12, now in use as
right -of -way for West 36 Street, in Block 137, John
Barrow Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas: From "C -3" General Commercial to
"R -3" Single Family District. (3521 Longcoy Street)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
