AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 4651 -B - Described as part of the SE %a, HE %s,
Section 20 and part of the SW 44 NW %, Section 21, all
in T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the line between Sections 20
and 21, 236.0 feet South of the NW corner of the SW 14,
NW 14 Section 21, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas; thence South along said line for 84.0 feet;
thence S76 °W for 412.0 feet; thence S30 0E for 260.0
feet; thence S40 0E for 189.0 feet; thence N50 °E for
250.88 feet; thence N40 °W for 41.49 feet; thence
N57 °321E for 160.0 feet; thence S78 °271E for 259.7
feet to a point on the centerline of Lawson Road;
thence Northerly along the said centerline for the

thence Westerly following the meandering of the

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
