AN ORDINANCE APPROVING MODIFICATION TO A
PLANNED ZONING DISTRICT AND PROVIDING FOR
THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A PLANNED ZONING
DEVELOPMENT TITLED WEST TREE SERVICE -
REVISED LONG -FORM PID (Z- 5718-A), LOCATED
AT THE 6300 FOBBING ROAD, IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 16,494 AND CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 16,494, passed on
September 21, 1993, be amended to provide for modification of
the Planned Zoning Development described as West Tree Service
- Revised Long -Form PID (Z- 5718 -A);
SECTION 2. That the zone classification of the following
described property be changed from PID to Revised PID:
A part of Tract No. 2, Sterling Subdivision in the
South ',�, SE %4, Section 25, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, and
located at 6300 Forbing Road, Little Rock, Arkansas,
being more particularly described as follows:
From a concrete monument marking the NW corner of
said Tract No. 2 (said corner being on the
Southeasterly right -of -way line of the Missouri
Pacific Railroad Main Line) thence S89 026128" East
and along the North line of said Tract No. 2 for 357
feet to a rebar and the Point of Beginning; thence
S07 039127" East 6.20 feet to a rebar in a chain link
fence; thence S60 °13132" East and along said chain
link fence for 99.805 feet to a rebar and the P.C.
of a curve concave to the SW, said curve not being a
simple curve, but with a varying length radius;
thence along said chain link fence and arc of said
curve with the following chord bearings and
distances, thence S49 °27137" East 41.233 feet to a
rebar; thence S34 000122" East 49.367 feet to a
rebar; thence S17 °46'04" East 49.263 feet to a
rebar; thence S03 °31132 11E 49.398 feet to a rebar;
thence S09 031'46" West 47.837 feet to a rebar and
the P.T. of said curve, the following six (6)

courses and distances are along said chain link
fence; thence S18 039147" West 298.285 feet to a
rebar; thence S28 °19'09" West 364.215 feet to a
rebar; thence S61 °10157" East 14.845 feet to a 555
rebar; thence S28 °04'19" West 321.031 feet to a
rebar; thence S65 047135" East 39.72 feet to a rebar;
thence S23 °05115" West 95.498 feet to a rebar in the
North right -of -way line of Forbing Road, said point
being 45 feet North of the South line of the SE 14,
SE k, Section 25, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, thence S88 053101"
East along said Forbing Road right -of -way parallel
with the South line of said SE 14, SE 14, and 45.00
feet forth thereof for 534.845 feet to a rebar in
the East line of said Tract No. 2; thence N00 035'57"
East leaving said road and along the East line of
said Tract No. 2 for 387.807 feet to a crimped pipe
in the South right -of -way line of Myerson Drive,
also being the NW corner of Lot 17, Myerson Manor
Replat as filed in Plat Book 18, Page 26; thence
N00 004137" East crossing the west dead -end of
Myerson Drive 49.57 feet to a crimped pipe and the
SW corner of Lot 18, of said Myerson Manor
Subdivision; thence N00 029135" East along the East
line of said Tract No. 2 for 834.824 feet to a rebar
and the NE corner of said Tract No. 2, said point
being the NW corner of Lot 11, Arbor Cove Addition
as filed in Plat Book 18, Page 62; thence N89 026'28"
West along the North line of said Tract No. 2 for
295.10 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing
8.8869 acres, more or less, subject to a 10.0 foot
utility easement along the North line herein.
SECTION 3. That the revised site development plan be
approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning
Commission.
SECTION 4. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for West Tree Service (Revised Long -Form PID) is
conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the
time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 454(d)
of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 6. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and be
in full force upon final approval of the plan.
