AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF RIGHT -OF-
WAY AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS FOR CAPITOL
HOTEL DEVELOPMENT LOCATED AT NORTHEAST
CORNER OF LOUISIANA AND SECOND STREETS.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a waiver
of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little
Rock, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -201, requiring right -of -way dedication and boundary
street improvements to Master Street Plan standards, be waived. Specific waiver is for
Capital Hotel Parking Lot located at northeast corner of Markham and Second Streets.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
