AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -6683 - Described as part of the NE 44 SE 14 of Section
23, T -1 -N, R -14 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, described
as follows:
Commencing at the SE corner of said NE ;i SE ;i Section
23; thence run N890011W, 780 feet to a point; thence
run N08 °08121 "E, 657.2 feet to a point of beginning;
thence run N71 °25'W, 175.2 feet to a point; thence run
N180321E, 214.7 feet to the South line of Lawson Road;
thence run S56 °501E along Lawson Road 147.4 feet;
thence run S08 °08'21 "W, 180.6 feet to the point of
beginning: From 11R -2" Single Family to "C -1"
Neighborhood Commercial District (17415 Lawson Road).
SECTION 2. That the map referred in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
