AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -6681 - Described as part of the SW 14 SW 'a,
Section 17, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the NW corner of the SW 4 SW 4, of
said Section 17; thence S87 012105 "E, along the
North line of said SW %a SW 4, for a distance of
1,329.20 feet to the NE corner of said SW 14 SW
4; thence SO1 °42149 "W, along the East line of
said SW 14 SW 14, for a distance of 1,329.20 feet

SECTION 2. That the map referred in Chapter 36 of the

extent and in the respects necessary to affect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
