AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ENTER INTO A CONSTRUCTION
CONTRACT WITH L.E.G. ENTERPRISE FOR
LAGRANGE /ARKANSAS SYSTEMS DRIVE
AND CHENAL PARKWAY INTERSECTION
IMPROVEMENTS.

WHEREAS, Traffic Engineering studies indicates minimum signals warrants as
set forth in Manual in Uniform Traffic Control Devices were met.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to transfer and appropriate
$104,170 from 100 010 6500 6081 and enter into a construction contract with L.E.G.
Enterprise, in the amount of $104,170 ($94,700, plus 10% contingency) for
LaGrange /Arkansas Systems Drive and Chenal Parkway Intersection Improvements.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
