AN ORDINANCE DISSOLVING SEWER IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT NO. 143 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND
PRESCRIBING OTHER MATTERS PERTAINING THERETO

WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 13075 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas (the "City")
passed and approved the 5th day of August, 1995 established Sewer Improvement District No.
143 of Little Rock, Arkansas (the "District ").
WHEREAS, the District was formed for the purpose of constructing a sewer system to
connect with the municipal sewer system of the City (the "improvements "); and
WHEREAS, the improvements have been completed and are owned and operated by the
City as a part of the municipal sewer system; and
WHEREAS, the bonds and other obligations of the District, including the District's
Improvements Bonds, have been paid in full and surplus funds have been distributed by the
District to the property owners; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 13136 of the City, passed and adopted the 17th day of
February, 1976 levied a tax on the assessment of benefits of the District (the "Tax "); and
WHEREAS, the Commissioners of the District have requested that the District be
dissolved;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Directors of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas:

Section 1. That Sewer Improvement District No. 143 of Little Rock, Arkansas is
hereby dissolved.
Section 2. That the Tax shall no longer be extended for collection.
Section 3. That a certified copy of the Ordinance shall be filed with the County
Clerk and the County Collector of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
Section 4. That the Commissioners are hereby relieved from further duties.
Section 5. That Ordinance No.13075 and Ordinance No.13136 are hereby repealed.
All other ordinances and parts thereof in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of
such conflict.
