MASTER STREET PLAN REQUIREMENTS FOR
RIGHT -OF -WAY DEDICATION AND BOUNDARY
STREET IMPROVEMENTS, FOR LEWIS STREET
CHURCH OF CHRIST (Z- 5931 -A), LOCATED AT 2716
SOUTH LEWIS STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide a
waiver of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for
the City of Little Rock, for Lewis Street Church of Christ, 2716 South Lewis Street, as
follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -282, requiring right -of -way dedication
per Master Street Plan, be waived. Specific waiver is for 5 feet of
additional right -of -way on Lewis Street.
Subsection b. That 31 -201, requiring developer provide boundary
street improvements in conjunction with commercial construction,
be waived. Specific waiver is for Lewis Street widening;
construction of sidewalk and other related items are not included.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
