AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING" FOR DEFERRAL OF
MASTER STREET PLAN REQUIREMENT FOR
RADIAL DEDICATION OF RIGHT -OF -WAY FOR 2615
WEST 15TH STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for
deferral of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for
the City of Little Rock, for 2615 West 15a' Street, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -282, requiring right -of -way dedication per the Master
Street Plan, be deferred until site is re- developed. Specific deferral is for 20 foot radial
right -of -way dedication at southwest corner of West 15th and Jones Streets.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
