AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED ZONING
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED
OFFICE DISTRICT TITLED L. T. CARE
MINISTRIES - SHORT -FORM POD (Z -6669)
LOCATED 2615 WEST 15TH STREET IN THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
described property be changed from R -4 and I -2 to POD.
Lots numbered 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16
and 17, in block numbered 11, Worthen and Brown's
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas; also
all land formerly designated as an alley by the plat
recorded in Deed Book 28, at page 210, of the
records of Pulaski County, Arkansas lying between
lots numbered 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 and lots numbered
12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, in block numbered 11,
Worthen and Brown's Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, more particularly described as
beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 1 in said
Block 11; thence South 20 feet; thence West 300
feet; thence North 20 feet; thence East 300 feet to
the Point of Beginning.

Beginning at the SE corner of Lot 11, Block 11,
Worthen and Brown's Addition to the City of Little
Rock; thence West along the South line of said Lot
11, a distance of 42.4 feet, to a point 10 feet
Easterly of, as measured at right angles to the
centerline of Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific
Railroad Company's most Easterly sidetrack; thence
Northerly on a straight line 10 feet Easterly of and
parallel to the centerline of the tangent portion of
said side tract 305.5 feet to the North line of said
Block 11; thence Easterly along said North line
101.2 feet to the NE corner of Lot 71, said Block 11;
thence South 300 feet along the East line of said
Lot 7 and Lot 11 to the Point of Beginning,

The South It of a strip of land formerly platted as
west 15th Street; lying North of and adjacent to the
above described property, as closed by Little Rock
City Ordinance No. 15,687, certified copy of which
filed as instrument No. 89- 28107, records of Pulaski
County, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for L. T. Care Ministries (Short -Form POD) is
conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the
time specified by Chapter 36, Article VIZ, Section 36- 454(d)
of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and be
in full force upon final approval of the plan.
