HomeMy WebLinkAbout180480 0 0 0 ORDINANCE NO. 18,048 am, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR DEFERRAL OF MASTER STREET PLAN REQUIREMENTS FOR RIGHT -OF -WAY DEDICATION AND BOUNDARY STREET IMPROVEMENTS, FOR BRYANT = REVISED PCD (Z- 5505 -H), LOCATED AT 3606 ROCKY LANE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for deferral of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little Rock, for Bryant PCD, as follows: Subsection a. Section 31 -282, requiring right -of -way dedication per Master Street Plan, be deferred for 5 years or redevelopment, whichever occurs first. Specific deferral is for right -of -way dedication on Colonel Glenn of 15 feet (to 55 feet from centerline); Rocky Lane of 3 feet (to 30 feet from centerline); and 20 foot radial dedication at the intersection. Subsection b. That Section 31 -201, requiring developer to provide boundary street improvements in conjunction with commercial construction, be deferred. Specific deferral is for Colonel Glenn Road Phase I principal arterial improvements and commercial street widening for Rocky Lane for 5 years, or until adjacent development, whichever occurs first. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
