AN ORDINANCE APPROVING MODIFICATION TO A
PLANNED ZONING DISTRICT AND PROVIDING FOR
THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A PLANNED ZONING 458
DEVELOPMENT TITLED BRYANT - REVISED
SHORT -FORM PCD (Z- 5505 -H), LOCATED AT THE
SOUTHWEST CORNER OF COLONEL GLENN ROAD
AND ROCKY LANE, IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
16,161 AND CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 16,161, Section 4.
(Z- 5505 -D), passed on February 4, 1992, be amended to provide
for modification of the Planned Zoning Development described
as Bryant - Revised Short -Form PCD (Z- 5505 -H);
SECTION 2. That the zone classification of the following
described property be changed from PCD to Revised PCD:
A parcel of land lying in the NE ;4, Section 14,
T -1 -N, R -14 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, described
as follows: Commencing at the SW corner of said
NE =4, Section 14; thence East, 935.0 feet; thence
N270501E, 706.5 feet to the point of beginning;
thence N54049'W, 100.0 feet; thence N27 °41'E,
325.5 feet to a point on the South right -of -way
line of Colonel Glenn Road; thence S62 °24'E, 100
feet to a point on the west right -of -way line of
Rocky Lane; thence S270571W along said West right -
of -way line 339.0 feet to the point of beginning,
containing 0.76 acres more or less.
SECTION 3. That the revised site development plan be
approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning
Commission.
SECTION 4. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Bryant (Revised Short -Form PCD) is
conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the
time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 454(d)
of the Code of Ordinances.

SECTION 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 6. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and be
in full force upon final approval of the plan.
