AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NOS. 15,460,
15,801 AND 16,919 AND REVOKING A PLANNED
ZONING DISTRICT TITLED MID- AMERICA CENTER -
SHORT -FORM POD (Z- 4985 -C) LOCATED ON THE NORTH
SIDE OF WEST ROOSEVELT ROAD, BETWEEN S. WOLFE
AND S. BATTERY STREETS, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.

WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 15,460 was passed on April 19, 1988
establishing a planned zoning district; Ordinance No. 15,801 was
passed on January 16, 1990 and Ordinance No. 16,919 was passed on
June 20, 1995 amending the original planned zoning district; and
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested the
repeal of the "PZD" ordinances and restoring the zoning
classification as previously existed.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Ordinances No. 15,460, No. 15,801 and No.
16,919 are hereby repealed, removing from the official zoning map
the classification POD - Planned Office District titled Mid- America
Center - Short -Form POD located on the north side of West Roosevelt
Road, between S. Wolfe and S. Battery Streets.
SECTION 2. That the property described as:
Lots 2, 4 -12, Block 9, McCarthy's Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas and Lot 10 and the South 'i of
Lot 11, Block 8, Oak Terrace Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas.
Be restored to R -4 Two - Family District and R -5 Urban
Residence District as existed prior to the adoption of
Ordinance 15,460.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
days from and after its passage and approval.
