AN ORDINANCE APPROVING MODIFICATION TO A
PLANNED ZONING DISTRICT AND PROVIDING FOR
THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A PLANNED ZONING
DEVELOPMENT TITLED SYSCO FOODS - REVISED
LONG -FORM PD -I (Z- 3792 -B), LOCATED AT
5800 FROZEN ROAD, IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
17,787 AND CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.

SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 17,787, passed on August
11, 1998, be amended to provide for modification of the
Planned Zoning Development described as Sysco Foods - Revised
Long -Form PD -I (Z- 3792 -B);
SECTION 2. That the zone classification of the following
described property be changed from PD -I, R -2 and MF-6 to
Revised PD -I:
Tracts Arc and B -R, Vogel's Replat of Leigh and Butler's
Acres, Tracts 29, 35 and 36 of Leigh and Butler's Acres,
Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 3. That the revised site development plan be
approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning
Commission.
SECTION 4. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Sysco Foods (Revised Long -Form PD -I) is
conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the
time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 454(d)
of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 6. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and be
in full force upon final approval of the plan.
