AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR DEFERRAL OF
COMMERCIAL STREET IMPROVEMENTS FOR
FLIGHT SAFETY INTERNATIONAL, LOCATED AT
3605 EAST 10TH STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:

SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to waive
certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of
Little Rock, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -201, requiring boundary street
improvements to commercial street standards, be deferred. Specific
deferral is for Flight Safety International lease parcel, with frontage
of 188 feet on East 10h for period of five (5) years or until
adjacent development, whichever occur first.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
