AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 30 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF
DRIVEWAY OPENING REQUIREMENTS FOR
SUPERIOR FEDERAL BANK, 11331 ARCADE DRIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances is amended to waive
certain requirements within the Streets and Sidewalk Ordinance for the City of Little Rock,
for Superior Federal Bank, as follows:
Subsection a. Section 30- 43.(a)(2)a., requiring commercial driveway
maximum opening not exceed 40 feet, is waived. Specific waiver is
to allow a 60 foot driveway opening on Merrill Drive.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
