AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR WAIVER OF
DRIVEWAY SPACING REQUIREMENTS FOR
ARKANSAS EASTER SEALS SOCIETY, LOCATED AT
3920 WOODLAND HEIGHTS ROAD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances is amended to waive
certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of
Little Rock, for Arkansas Easter Seals Society, 3920 Woodland Heights Road, as follows:
Subsection a. Section 31 -210 is waived. Specific waiver allows 85
foot driveway spacing for an exit only, right turn only configuration
for Arkansas Easter Seals Society, 3920 Woodland Heights Road.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
