AN ORDINANCE AMEND CHAPTER 30 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF IN -LIEU
CONTRIBUTION FOR BOUNDARY STREET
IMPROVEMENTS FOR AMERON INTERNATIONAL
LOCATED AT 11605 VIMY RIDGE ROAD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:

SECTION 1. Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for
waiver of certain requirements within the Street and Sidewalk Ordinance for the City of
Little Rock for Ameron International located at 11605 Vimy Ridge Road as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 30 -276 and 30 -282, requiring developers to provide in -lieu
contribution for one -half of the required minor arterial street improvements for Vimy
Ridge Road and Alexander Road be waived for the purpose of an 1870 square foot
addition submitted for building permit 499 -048.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
