HomeMy WebLinkAbout18013ORDINANCE NO. 18,013 345 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTERS 30 AND 31 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF DRIVEWAY SPACING REQUIREMENTS FOR MERCHANTS AND PLANTERS BANK LOCATED AT 3421 OLD CANTRELL ROAD. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. That Chapters 30 and 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a waiver of certain requirements within the Streets Sidewalks and Subdivision Ordinance for the City of Little Rock for Merchants and Planters Bank, as follows: Subsection a. That Section 30- 43(2)c., requiring commercial driveway be located a minimum 25 feet from property line, be waived. The specific waiver allows driveway on Mart Drive to be 13 feet from south property line. Subsection b. That Section 31 -210 be waived. Specific waiver allows two driveways on Old Cantrell Road, with 160 foot spacing. East driveway to be exit only. SECTION 2.
