AN ORDINANCE REVOKING ORDINANCE NO.
16,171 AND ESTABLISHING A REVISED PLANNED
COMMERCIAL DISTRICT TITLED RAINEY
ELECTRONICS - SHORT -FORM REVISED PCD
(Z- 5537 -A) LOCATED AT 19023 COLONEL GLENN
ROAD IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
described property be changed from PCD to Revised PCD.
Part of the East ',� SE 'N, Section 10, T -1 -N, R -14 -W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, described as:
Commencing at the NW corner of the East ;'i SE 'a,
Section 10; thence South 818.25 feet; thence N50 °31'
East 684.8 feet to the centerline of Colonel Glenn
Road; thence along said centerline S39 °13' East
241.3 feet to the point of beginning; thence
continue along said centerline S39 013' East 313.4
feet; thence S42 011' West 457.1 feet; thence S76 045'
West 546.8 feet; thence N42 012' East 954.3 feet to
the point of beginning, containing 5.02 acres, more
or less.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Rainey Electronics (Revised Short -Form PCD)
is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the
time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 454(d)
of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and be
in full force upon final approval of the plan.
