AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF MASTER
STREET PLAN RIGHT -OF -WAY REQUIREMENTS FOR
LOT 12, BLOCK 333, ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
LOCATED AT 300 S. PULASKI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a deferral
of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little
Rock for Lot 12, Block 333, Original City of Little Rock, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -282 requiring right -of -way dedication per the Master
Street Plan be deferred. Specific deferral is for right -of -way dedication on West 31d
Street to allow existing right -of -way of 30 feet from centerline on West 3`d Street to
remain until future redevelopment
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
