ORDINANCE NO. 17,991 2
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -6619 - Described as a tract of land located in
the SW 4 SE -4 and SE 14 SW 14 Section 35, T -1 -N,
R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as: Starting at the NE
corner of the NE 14 SE '4 said Section 35; thence
N1 031'20 "E, 40.0 feet to a point on the South
right -o£ -way line of Interstate Route No. 30;
thence S62 °351W along said South right -of -way
line 2,158.65 feet; thence Southwesterly and
continuing along said South right -of -way line,
being the arc of a 11,610 foot radius curve to
the right, having a long chord bearing and
distance of S64 018155 11W, 702.45 feet; thence
continuing Southwesterly along said South right -
of -way line, S66 °01150 11W, 129.85 feet; thence
S23 058110 11E, 249.4 feet to the point of
beginning of the tract of land herein described;
thence continue S23 058110 "E; 270.85 feet; thence
S620361W, 373.90 feet; thence Southwesterly
along the arc of a 268.75 foot radius curve to
the left, having a chord bearing and distance of
S600371W, 30.25 feet; thence N29 °13'30 "W, 297.4
feet; thence N660031E, 210.3 feet; thence
N66 001150 11E, 220.3 feet to the point of
beginning, containing 118,168.2 square feet or
2.713 acres, less 8,152.50 square feet in rail
easement or 110,015.70 square feet or 2.526
acres more or less net: From "R -2" Single
Family to "I -2" Light Industrial District.

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
