AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF MASTER
STREET PLAN SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION FOR
HARVEST FOODS (S -1236) LOCATED AT 10320
STAGECOACH ROAD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a deferral
of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little
Rock, for Harvest Foods, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31- 175(8) requiring developer to provide sidewalks in
conjunction with commercial site plan approval be deferred. Specific deferral
is for Stagecoach Road.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
