AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF
BOUNDARY STREET IMPROVEMENTS FOR KIDCO
HOLDING, LLC LOCATED WEST OF KIRK ROAD AND
EAST OF TECHNOLOGY DRIVE (Z-6271 -A).

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for deferral
of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little
Rock, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -201, requiring boundary street improvements to
collector street standards, be deferred for 5 years, until adjacent development occurs, or
until development along east side of Kirk Road, whichever occurs first. Specific
deferral is for Kidco Holding, LLC, frontage on Kirk Road.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
