AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR DEFERRAL OF MASTER
STREET PLAN SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION FOR LEWIS
CATERING (Z -6611) LOCATED AT 506 BOND STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for deferral
of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little
Rock, for Lewis Catering, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31- 175(8) requiring developer to provide sidewalks in
conjunction with commercial construction be deferred for five (5) years or until
adjacent sidewalks are constructed whichever occurs first. Specific deferral
is for Bond Street.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
