AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED ZONING
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED
DISTRICT - OFFICE TITLED SECURE VISION
COMMUNICATIONS - SHORT -FORM PD -O
(Z -6610) LOCATED AT 9414 COLONEL GLENN
ROAD IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
described property be changed from R -3 to PD -0.
A part of SE '/s NE %, Section 22, T -1 -N, R -13 -W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas more particularly described
as follows: Commence at the NW corner of SE '/s NE Yk,
thence S890111E along North line of SE '/s NE V4, 193.0
feet to the point of beginning; thence continue
S89 011' East along said North line of SE Y4 NE 2/4,
316.8 feet; thence S00 004' East, 123.9 feet to a
point on the North right -of -way line of Colonel
Glenn Road; thence S79 030' West along said North
right -of -way line 320.4 feet; thence N00 034' west,
186.8 feet to the point of beginning, containing
1.13 acres more or less.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Secure vision Communications (Short -Form
PD -0) is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval
within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section
36- 454(d) of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and be
in full force upon final approval of the plan.
