ORDINANCE NO. 17,935
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF CHENAL
PARKWAY MASTER STREET PLAN ACCESS
STANDARDS FOR HIGHLAND VALLEY METHODIST
CHURCH, LOCATED AT 15524 CHENAL PARKWAY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a waiver
of certain requirements within Master Street Plan for the City of Little Rock for Highland Valley
Methodist Church, as follows:
Subsection a. That Ordinance 15,239 requiring collector intersections to be
constructed to Chenal Parkway standard be waived. Specific waiver will allow
driveway access with elimination of islands and 40 foot curb radii.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
